Fanshawe College Conference Services is your one-stop-shop for all of your conference, event and accommodation needs. Dedicated planners will work closely with your group to identify the appropriate facilities, equipment, accommodations and services required for the success of your event. Our 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom suites each have private lockable bedrooms, and are all located on campus within a short distance from our event spaces. With various conference rooms and banquet halls, dedicated planners, accomplished chefs, exceptional recreational facilities and comfortable guest accommodations, Fanshawe College is the ideal choice for your next conference. Our Facilities Include:
Conference Rooms:
Fanshawe College has several conference rooms available in various configurations able to accommodate between 10-50 guests. Each conference room is equipped with a computer, projector and screen, white board and WIFI. Fanshawe’s conference rooms are ideal for small to medium sized meetings, presentations, or breakout sessions, and more.
Classrooms:
Fanshawe offers classrooms rentals with capacities of 10-120 guests. Classrooms each are equipped with a high-tech computer podium, overhead projector and screen, whiteboards, and WIFI access. Our classrooms can be reconfigured to your desired set up, and are great spaces for training courses, presentations, breakout rooms, etc.
Lecture Theatres:
Our lecture theatres range in size, seating between 115 to 346 guests. Within each lecture theatre is a high-tech computer podium, overhead projector & screen, white boards and/or smart boards, audio system, and WIFI access. Our lecture theatres are the perfect choice for large presentations, training sessions, conferences and more.
Computer Labs:
Our computer labs can accommodate up to 50 attendees each having their own desk and computer. These spaces require a certificate of insurance to rent, and are ideal for specialized training or testing spaces.
Event Spaces & Dining Halls:
Fanshawe College’s Event Spaces and Dining Halls can be configured to your specific set up requirements, and can accommodate between 50 to 250 guests. These spaces are ideal for banquets, dinners, large presentations or receptions etc.
Athletic Facilities:
The two Gymnasiums on campus can be configured to special set ups to accommodate sporting events, tournaments, receptions and large conventions and tradeshows. The fully equipped, professionally operated health and fitness club is available for guest use by purchasing day passes.
